In this context, fine-photographic art is positioned as part of the sub-concept of art expressed through photography, and is defined as "fine-art" that recognizes or defines human desires that are intended to be evaluated externally as "works" or "productions" by defining their creator.

The meaning of "zero-horizon-formula" is to set the concept of "zero ≒ 0," which means infinity on the fundamental boundary, or horizon, of marginal art, as the basis for the classification of art. (In phenomenology, an object that is not visible at the moment, but is assumed to be there. Recognition of existence from a multilateral perspective.)

Also, as a motif, it surrounds nothingness slightly from its indeterminate origins as a microscopic(smallness≒infinitesimal) phenomenon. In addition, the concept of "fluctuation," which encompasses diverse and irregular "coiling," is used as an element.

The concept of "zero-horizon photographic art" is a system for defining, embodying, and experiencing "fluctuation" in a zero-horizon way, and is used as a concept when photography is considered as an art form.
